Information processed by the app
Formivore can process information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, signature, fillable PDF forms, receipt images, vendor names, purchase dates, amounts, notes, form field settings, and completed forms. This information is used only to provide the app's features.
Where your information is stored
Information saved by Formivore is stored locally on your device. We do not operate a server that receives or stores this app data, and we do not have access to the contents of your receipts, forms, profile, or saved records.
Receipt analysis and form completion
Formivore analyzes receipt images and uses the resulting information to help fill your PDF form. This processing is performed as part of the app's functionality without transmitting the receipt content to a developer-operated server.
Sharing is under your control
The app can prepare an email draft containing a completed PDF and receipt image. Nothing is sent merely because the draft is created. If you choose to send the message, the information is then handled by your selected email provider and the recipients you choose, subject to their own privacy practices.
Photos, camera, and files
If you grant access, Formivore may use Apple system features to take a receipt photo or allow you to select an image or file. These permissions are used only for functions you request. You can manage app permissions in iOS or iPadOS Settings.
Analytics, advertising, tracking, and third parties
Formivore does not use advertising networks, cross-app tracking, or developer-operated analytics that collect your app data. We do not sell personal information and we do not share app data with data brokers.
Data retention and deletion
Because app data is stored on your device, you control its retention. You can delete saved receipts or forms using the app's available controls, and removing the app from your device removes its locally stored app data subject to normal iOS or iPadOS behavior and any backups you independently maintain. We cannot retrieve or delete data on your behalf because we do not possess it.
Support communications
If you voluntarily contact us for support, your email and the information you include in that message are transmitted through your email provider to us. We use support messages only to respond to your request and maintain ordinary business records as reasonably necessary. Do not include receipt images, financial information, or other sensitive content unless it is necessary to resolve your issue.
This website
This static website does not use cookies, advertising, or analytics. The included nginx configuration disables access logging. Your hosting provider, network provider, browser, or other infrastructure outside our control may still process technical information such as IP addresses as part of delivering internet traffic.
Children's privacy
Formivore is a general-purpose productivity app and is not directed specifically to children. Because the app does not transmit app data to us, we do not knowingly collect children's personal information through the app.
Security
Keeping app data on the device reduces the amount of information exposed to remote systems, but no device or method of storage is guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and for deciding where completed forms and receipts are sent.
Changes to this policy
If Formivore's data practices change, this policy will be updated to describe those changes. The effective date above will be revised when the policy is materially updated.
